just putting this out there...

so after all i have read, all i have heard and all i have been told as of late i needed to put this out there. Yes, i will be talking in generalizations because quite frankly its just too complicated to put it out here and most people wouldnt get it anyways. There is an assumption that if we look alike, or act alike that we must be alike. People (for obvious reasons) seem to think this is especially true with me. This isnt an issue of pointing fingers all I am saying is that when we put our story on other people's shoulders it can become very off putting. You are not me, and I am not you. Where you have been and where you are going is not necessarily where I have been or way I am going. While our life stories may share common characteristics it is so important that we ebrace our differences and approach things with sensitvity because by making assumptions and dictating to people how they should live their life based on how we live ours can sometimes lead to hurt feelings. Bottom line is to be the best you, you can be and let me be the best me I can be.
